A court battle is underway to determine how much money the Catholic Diocese of San Diego really has.Its real estate assets took center stage yesterday at a court hearing downtown.
Outside the courthouse, those accusing priests of sexual abuse made sure they were not forgotten.
Since the diocese filed for bankruptcy last week, a judge has been looking at its financial assets to spread settlement dollars equally.
